Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please understand we get that life happens and our intension is never to punish our valued guests. When you miss your appointment without sufficient notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Our Stylists are commission based, so when you are not here, they don’t get compensated for their time. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment, that is why we send reminder texts 3 days before and 1 day before your scheduled appointment. Repeated no shows or cancellations will result in your next appointment requiring a 50% deposit to reserve your time. If something comes up, please give us a call ASAP so we can get you rebooked.

Extensions

Extensions can be used to create length, thickness, a pop of color or all of the above. We offer a variety of extension types including linked weft and tape ins.

Product Return Policy

If you purchase a product from us and are unsatisfied we are happy to find a replacement product of equal value with in 30 days of purchase.

We can not give cash refunds unless the product was never used or open.
